The Job:
We are looking for an experienced Inbound Marketing Director who can get the right contacts from the right brands for our new Brand Management Platform. You will have experience growing and scaling a business technology for small and medium sized businesses through to midmarket enterprises. Your responsibility will be to drive the global business across the US, Canada, and UK with sole focus on achieving scalable, predictable inbound revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Sales to develop and execute a game-changing Inbound Marketing strategy
  • Responsible for driving new users & demand to our platform and gaining penetration within the US, CA, UK markets.
  • Owning the Marketing strategy across Inbound, Social, Events, Partnerships, ATL
  • Communications, PR & more Team management of a growing and scaling SaaS business, working hand in hand with the Sales team to drive demand generation
  • Partnering with Sales to devise effective nurture programs to maximise lead conversion rates to product demo.
  • Developing lead nurturing strategies to identify prospects who are in market to buy now.
  • Leading the creation of content marketing strategies to drive prospects further down the sales funnel

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years proven experience in building and executing an inbound marketing strategy
  • Background in scaling a technology business (ideally for small to medium sized / mid-market businesses)
  • Ability to position the Brand and Product to the right business targets with the right messaging
  • Team leader, but more importantly, a team do'er, with the ability to roll your sleeves up and to get stuff done
  • Proficient in HubspotCRM (or equivalent) Experience developing an end-to end inbound demand-generation strategy
