Innovation Manager - Research & Insight.

One of the most innovative research agencies, is looking to bring on board an Research Innovation Manager who can join a team that is key in spearheading new ideas and identifying new innovative solutions that can be implemented across the business. This role will suit someone who has a passion for research and innovation and a keen interest in understanding how client's businesses work and how they support them in understanding their consumers better.

The Role
As Research Innovation Manager, you will be joining a centralised team that partners all areas of the company, working in partnership with them to help them identify new ways of working. Your role will involve trialling new innovative solutions and methodologies, reviewing technical providers and supporting the Business Heads in the development of new offerings to clients.

Key Duties Include:-
- Running internal meetings to showcase and update all parts of the business on current ideas, initiatives and updates around new innovative techniques
- Working with Directors and Business Heads to identify key innovation initiatives and how they can be piloted within the different areas
- Helping to shape the company's innovation strategy, through running regular meetings and defining key priorities for the growth of this area
- Identifying, managing, on-boarding suppliers who can help to enhance the innovation offering, and evaluating these at all stages to see how they can improve and enhance the insight capabilities and offerings
- Creating documents to support and guide people across the business, so that they can embrace and adopt new ways of working quickly and efficiently

The Candidate
- A real passion and excitement for research and innovation, with a natural curiosity to understand how a client's business works
- Experience working within research innovation
- A key interest in helping client's understand their audiences and customers and how best to engage them, to make better business decisions
- You will have excellent project management skills, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple things at one time
- You will be a strong communicator, someone who is able to build up strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and clients
- You will be a team player, someone who enjoys working in collaboration with others to produce high quality outputs
