As Insight Executive you'll join a structured team with the support of experienced researchers to accelerate your progression. That progression will be clearly defined by a long-running internal development programme. The Role

Working with key stakeholders and suppliers, you will be integral in delivering insights that drive business change. You are encouraged to have more autonomy of work as you develop, leading projects and finding new ways to present information. You'll gain experience in influencing the decisions of business stakeholders, and also work cross-functionally to develop new analytic tools to facilitate customer profiling.

Key Duties Include

• Support the Head of Insight on ad-hoc market research projects
• Organise project meetings, liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Help develop customer/patient surveys, encompassing managing stakeholders, data analysis and reporting
• Automate time-intensive tasks working with the marketing team to monitor performance
• Responding to ad-hoc data and reporting requests, managing expectations of timing/delivery

The Candidate

• Experience in market research or insight, ideally within an agency or client-side environment
• Good understanding of quantitative methodology
• You are familiar working the full project life cycle including survey design, data analysis, report writing and presentation
• You have a strong interest in exploring the data, with some analytical capability in software like SPSS
• Able to work with a team towards a common goal and take ownership of your own work independently
