You'll be joining a team specialising in campaign effectiveness, addressing the challenges faced by marketers under increasing pressure to maximise spend versus results.

Working closely with government departments as Insight Manager, this is an opportunity to develop & share insight which will influence media campaigns & communications. These campaigns are broad and cover a range of media sources, focusing on initiatives like policy, public services & health.

The company is looking for someone with a background either as an analyst, market researcher or insight specialist - the key is that you're able to create and communicate strategic, practical insight to senior stakeholders. As Insight Manager, you'll collaborate with your team alongside external agencies and take a consultative approach to projects

Key Duties

• Manage effectiveness of live campaigns and implement appropriate optimisations
• As Insight Manager create bespoke approaches to measurement and identify/share best practices
• Develop campaign specific measurement/evaluation frameworks
• Build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Interpret key findings into client-friendly recommendations

Skills & Experience

• Experience from an advertising communications research, effectiveness or an insight background
• Understanding of data modelling/analysis techniques
• Good working knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint
• Great communication skills and confident presenting to stakeholders
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
