Client Insight Manager (Maternity Cover)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Insight Manager to join the Data and Insight team and provide support for business stakeholders across all geographies, and functional divisions. You will play a direct role in conducting business and client analysis to identify growth opportunities and generate relevant insights.

Key duties

• As an Insight Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of processes
• Lead the generation and upkeep of dashboards and other reports as required for clients
• Develop and monitor business action plans for clients to ensure positive outcomes
• Mentor and coach junior team members

Skills & Experience

• Able to handle data collection and analysis using a range of techniques as well as software applications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain and build client relationships
• Experience developing business intelligence solutions and tools to create dashboards and reports
• Solid background in data and advanced analytics as well as turning data into relevant insights
