The company is method neutral and so everyone works across a range of quantitative and qualitative projects - however, you can have a stronger focus in one area. They work in partnership with their clients, to help them understand the value of their brands and how insight can be used to drive key business decisions. With an international reach, this gives real variety to consultants working in the organisation.

The Role
As an Insight Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a range of projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for building up strong relationships with your clients, working in partnership with them to get under the skin of their business needs and questions, and crafting bespoke research programmes to meet their needs.

You will be working across a range of sectors including; media, travel & tourism, FMCG, retail, financial services and automotive. And project work will vary across both consumer and B2B. You will be working on projects within new product development, pricing, advertising and branding and strategic planning.

Key Duties Include:;-
- Responding to briefs and writing proposals
- Designing research methodologies that fit with the business questions that the client is looking to answer
- Launching and overseeing these projects with the team, helping more junior team members with the day-to-day running of the projects
- Writing/signing off questionnaires and discussion guides, carrying out qualitative fieldwork where required (including moderating groups, depths and workshops, managing ethnographies - both online and offline)
- Checking the outputs with your team members, carrying out analysis to pull out the key messages
- Writing insightful reports and presentations for clients, including presenting these results to them


The Candidates
- The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have a strong grounding in research (ideally within both quantitative and qualitative methodologies - although if you specialise but you are happy to diversify, this can be considered).
- You will be well-versed across a range of methodologies, and be able to pinpoint what solution could be right for a client.
- You will have experience in leading projects from proposals to presenting, and will have a real passion for insights and how they can help clients make decisions.
- You will be a strong communicator, who enjoys working in partnership with clients and building up strong relationships.
