You will recruit for all levels from graduate/trainee through to senior management across technology and engineering markets, and as your role develops, so will your responsibility. You will be working on often hard to fill roles, and as such you will be involved in all aspects of proactive candidate attraction and delivery, interviewing, assessment days and events, hiring manager communication, forecasting, reporting, mapping the market and consulting internally. This is a hugely busy recruitment consultancy which is growing rapidly, so you can expect to be busy. You will also have the opportunity to take control of the company's social media, utilising this in the best way to attract top talent.

You will have a minimum of two years recruitment experience, ideally within a technology recruitment market although this is not essential. Alternatively you may currently be working in-house, and be looking for a new challenge. You must be social media savvy, and keen to contribute ideas to an organisation that listens. You will have ideally had experience of headhunting, and other forms of proactive candidate generation. You will be a highly organised individual who is self starting, accountable, and able to think outside the box and confident enough to influence and consult with your hiring managers.
