The company
This multi-brand company is building the future of information services by transforming their portfolio of B2B publishing brands into a modern, global information business.
As an Account Manager you will be part of the core team that builds and maintains relationships with existing subscribers. You will be responsible for maintaining a global book of business (BOB) across a number of different titles and also identifying new business leads. This is an exciting position in a new team meaning where you can shape the role and make it your own.

The Role:
* Manage the renewal process for a large volume of clients (200-300 accounts)
* Ensuring revenue retention rates meet and exceed targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with key personnel from existing clients.
* Communicate with clients at key milestones in their subscription to ensure timely renewals and maximum growth
* Analyse client utilisation to identify risk early and put in place processes to minimise impact
* Identify growth opportunities by building deeper relationships across your client base
* Maintaining and updating all customer information and sales activity in Salesforce

The Candidate
* 1-2 years proven success in B2B sales/customer facing role
* Experience of best practice use of Salesforce
* Experience of managing multiple clients & successfully working to tight deadlines
