We're looking for a motivated, data-driven, and detail-oriented Junior Amazon Ads Manager to join our growing team and support the delivery of high-performing Amazon advertising campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career in Amazon Ads while learning how advertising connects with content, rankings, stock management, promotions, and overall marketplace performance.

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

🚀 Building and optimising Amazon Ads campaigns
🔍 Conducting keyword and search term research
📈 Monitoring budgets, spend, ROAS, ACOS & TACoS
💡 Identifying growth opportunities and performance improvements
📊 Supporting client reporting and campaign analysis
🤝 Collaborating with the wider marketplace team
🎯 Learning end-to-end Amazon Ads strategy and management

🧠 What We're Looking For

✅ 1-2 years' hands-on Amazon Ads experience (ESSENTIAL)
✅ Experience managing or supporting Amazon PPC campaigns
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail 👀
✅ Confident working with numbers, data and spreadsheets 📊
✅ Organised, proactive and reliable approach
✅ Passion for ecommerce, marketplaces and digital advertising
✅ Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
