Junior Conference and Content Producer.

My Client is a currently looking for a Junior Conference and Content Producer on a permanent basis. The position will be fully remote.

Overview

As a content and events producer you will take ownership of creating content for a range of different mediums and platforms, predominately EMEA events (both in-person and online) but also for a range of social media channels and internal and external presentations. You'll develop relationships with influential people both internally at GCV, and externally with thought leaders in the corporate venture capital industry. These relationships will help you keep your finger on the pulse of the sector to write relevant and thought-provoking content that shape event programmes, webinar discussions and social media posts across LinkedIn and Twitter. You'll also work with the team on bespoke client-led events, being responsible for inviting and confirming the right group of attendees. Being naturally curious about the sector you're working in is a key advantage in this role. You'll develop a knack for understanding what's going on in the industry and the confidence to communicate this information across to the community and why they should attend GCV events. You'll also develop analytic and commercial skills to transform your knowledge into engaging content for clients and customers

Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research both internally and externally to identify the most relevant topics and discussion points to include on a range of agendas for both online and in-person events
• * Speaker and Attendee Acquisition:Identify and invite high-level influential industry experts to speak at EMEA-based GCV events
• Lead and execute delegate acquisition campaigns for bespoke events such as investor delegation days in the UK and in Europe
• * Working with all internal teams, and supported by the Head of Partnerships and Engagement, you will contribute to the effective delivery of event marketing and operations
• Attend GCV events to help ensure the effective delivery and smooth running of the day and to welcome and be a liaison for speakers.
• Social Media: Copy-writing o Contribute to the regular creation of social-relevant copy for all GCV social platforms
• Contribute to the delivery of a pre-defined social media content calendar
• Contribute to the creation of new content ideas across video, animation, imagery
• Audience development - help build out GCV's presence, reach and awareness across all social platforms
• Engage online with thought leaders and key industry stakeholders
• Contribute to, and support, a range of new initiatives and projects within the company including content partnerships with Universities and corporate, data analysis and community engagement, and marketing communications
