A leading market research company is now looking to add to their growing operational division and hire a Junior Project Manager. This is a highly varied and fast paced role where you will be responsible for managing a wide range of operational qualitative / fieldwork focussed projects.

About role

• Managing full service qualitative projects across a diverse variety of leading clients.
• Arranging briefings / de-brief, troubleshooting project issues, managing costs and resources, writing screeners, booking venues, managing recruiters, monitoring fieldwork.
• Working closely with data team with regards to scripting and data processing requirements.
• Shaping strategy and execution of operational services, developing processes, and having a real impact on the team.

About you

• Experience in qualitative research project / fieldwork management and would relish the opportunity to have a versatile role within a highly successful and growing company.
• Excited by the chance to develop processes and help grow an already successful operational team.
• Proven internal and external stakeholder management skills, with an understanding of qualitative / fieldwork management in research.
