The Person

Do you have experience working within a Professional Services environment? Are you a confident communicator? Do you have strong computer and administration skills?

You should ideally be currently working in a legal administrative or professional services support capacity (minimum 12 months experience), with a genuine interest in legal support services.

You should possess excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, and enjoy working in a co-operative environment, maintaining a professional and diligent approach at all times.

The Role

To be considered for the role of Legal Assistant you should possess the following skills and experience:

* Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy with work
* Experience working in a professional services environment (e.g. law firm, Solicitor's practice, insurance company etc)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Keen interest in the intellectual property sector
* Confident working to tight deadlines on multiple tasks
* Strong relationship builder and ability to work collaboratively

As a Legal Assistant, you will provide general administrative support to the team, building your knowledge and awareness of both Patent and Trade Mark processes and the intellectual property profession.

In the role of a Legal Assistant, you will deal with highly sensitive documents, so it is essential they are handled with confidentiality and discretion at all times.
