Engineering Patent Attorney - Finalist/Qualified

The Role

Their engineering group is wholly respected as one of the strongest in the UK, offering a commercial, hands-on and pragmatic approach. They regard themselves as an extension of their client's business and develop natural partnership relationships as a result. The successful attorney will be an integral part of the team, gaining exposure to some truly pioneering engineering technology, on a global scale. You'll be working with several multi-national businesses in the automotive, rail & marine, consumer appliances, packaging and energy sectors with many direct client relationships.

The Person

You are an EPA, CPA or Finalist level patent attorney looking to secure a genuinely career defining role in an IP engineering team. You must be competent, commercially astute and possess the dexterity to shape the future of not only clients, but the firm too. Your strong technical degree background should be an engineering discipline that has provided the platform for you to qualify as a patent attorney. Applications are encouraged from part-qualified patent attorneys looking to qualify in 2019/20. You may also be an experienced attorney who could be looking for an Of Counsel role, supervising others whilst producing high-quality work. Essentially, you should embrace new technology and enjoy working directly with clients to achieve their strategic goals.
