My client is a renowned B2B agency who has an impressive list of global tech and financial services brands clients

They're looking for a Media Account Manager to join one of their biggest tech client teams and be the day-to-day lead on this fast-growing account. As Media Account Manager you will be responsible for managing the client relationship and working with the wider account team to ensure the successful delivery of global digital advertising campaigns.

The role requires a strong working knowledge of digital and biddable media, including content syndication, as well as general account management processes.

Key responsibilities

- Build strong partnerships with client teams

- Ability to organise response to inbound briefs

- Book in and run client meetings and reporting calls

- Manage agency partners and publisher relationships

- Create weekly status reports, performance campaign analysis, and QBRs

- Work with campaign managers and data & analytics manager to develop insight driven reports and recommendations for campaign optimisations

- Keep up to date with trends affecting client industry/technologies

- Draft SOWs and raise invoices with oversight of Media Account Director and Business Director

- Support Media Account Director and Senior Campaign Managers with the creation of media plans and proposals

- Align with client, agency teams and media partners to ensure successful delivery of media strategies

- Work closely with other departments to ensure an integrated approach

Requirements

- Strong experience in digital media

- Knowledge of lead generation and brand awareness campaigns

- Understanding of tagging and tracking strategies

- Strong account management skills

- Excellent communication skills
