Media Project Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

Location: London

An award-winning media agency and a Sunday Times top company to work for, is now looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team and help deliver a range of project management duties to further aid their team in client delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Project Manager / Project Co-ordinator to further develop their media operational career or make a transition into the media world. You will have the chance to work closely with a high achieving team with a focus on keeping on top of timeframes and action lists. About the role

• Support the planning team by managing task lists and making sure the team is delivering work in a timely, organised manner in accordance with the client's needs.
• Co-ordination of team's diaries and making sure internal /external deadlines are being met.
• Working closely with director of the team and ensuring they are kept in the loop with project and team target timeframes.
• Encouraged to develop your career and get involved with a range of duties and other activities such as video production and creative brainstorming.

About you

• Strong communication and ability to multi-task with some commercial experience in a project management / project co-ordination capacity.
• Enjoy working with a range of colleague's stakeholders and collaborating with the wider team.
