£18-25K basic, £40K OTE first year

The Company
My client, a large, hugely successful media owner is presently recruiting for a motivated and hungry Sales Executive to join their large and high performing media sales team. You will be predominantly dealing with outbound and cold-calling from prospective clients within the property sector as well as generating and following up leads to gain new business. You will be selling both print and digital advertising space as well as a selection of marketing and advertising products used by brands to reach their intended audience. If you are excited by making lots of money, learning new technologies and dealing with engaged and motivated clients, this is the role you've been looking for!

* This opportunity provides the chance to hit the ground running and take full ownership for your sales funnel by chasing leads generated by the marketing team using various communication channels and closing your own deals.
* Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to engage new and existing customers
* Presenting, promoting and selling the organisation's services
* Booking face-to-face meetings with potential clients and following up afterwards
* Working towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

The Candidate
* An interest in developing a career within Business Development will ensure you're motivated and have an attitude for success.
* A desire to use and develop your negotiation skills - your previous experience in cold calling and business development will be put to good use
* A good understanding of sales and business development which will allow you to maximise all new business opportunities and exceed your targets.
* Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build great relationships with prospective clients.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills which will allow you to build rapport with new clients as well as communicate efficiently with your team.
