The Role

  • You will be focused on the Membership Magazine part of the company
  • This is sold on a subscription basis of which you will manage the members/accounts that subscribe
  • You will look after the corporate and global accounts
  • The role will be to nurture and grow these accounts while acting as their point of contact for any needs or escalations
  • You will handle onboarding, project management which will involve dealing with other departments such as editorial and design
  • International travel will be expected so they require candidates with this flexibility

The Candidate

  • Will have prior experience of Account Management/Relationships Building
  • Will be degree educated
  • Proven experience growing existing accounts
  • Strong communication skills that are service orientated
  • Prior experience or an interest in the following would be desirable: design, architecture, events or media
