Merchant Partnership Manager.
- Location: London £27500 - £30000 per annum
We have a current opportunity for a Merchant Partnership Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.
The role is split into four responsibility areas:
Online
* Account management of merchants to seek out revenue opportunities and convert commission led merchants to media generating merchants
* New business - onboarding new online merchants onto the Employee Savings platform
* Work with merchants and ERUK Finance to ensure commissions are correct and received on time
* Assist Helpdesk with acceptance issues and liaising with merchants to resolve
* Send communications to merchants for approvals and liaising with the B2C Marketing team
Media
* Responsible for presenting to new merchants and affiliate networks
* Account management of medium to large merchants to drive revenue via media channels - platform tenancy and email campaigns
* Working closely with the B2C Marketing team to plan in monthly communications and email campaigns
* Project management of merchants for Boost Magazine and liaising with agency and internal teams from the recruitment of merchants to magazine publication
Third party provider's
* Assist with the procurement process with the Product team - reviewing and sourcing new providers and products
* Work with the Head of Online & 3rd Party Partnerships and ISO to undertake annual due diligence with providers
* Responsible for liaising with providers and ERUK Finance for invoicing of commissions
* Assist with the collection of quarterly MI from providers to be shared with key stakeholders
About you:
* Able to work independently and take ownership of workload
* Strong attention to detail
* Proactive and highly organised
* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
* Proficient in the use of Windows-based operating software, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
