Title: Office Assistant / Office Manager

Term: Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday | 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Hybrid Working - once settled in the role

Location: Maida Hill, London

Salary: £24,00 - £32,000

My client is looking to recruit an Office Assistant / Office Manager to join their team. Must ideally have experience and knowledge in carrying out office management duties, giving first-line customer support as well as supporting the director and the sales team within the business. They will be working across the team coordinating/administering the operations of the company ensuring that the office is manned, managed and maintained.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Office Management duties
  • First-line customer service
  • Maintaining and updating company records
  • PA support for Director and Sales
  • Basic HR Duties - record-keeping/arranging reviews etc

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Highly motivated with a positive approach to tasks
    Proficient with Microsoft Office. (Adobe, CRMs, desirable)
  • Ability to manage own workload efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to interact with clients and suppliers confidently
  • Time management and prioritisation
    Proactive in seeking out opportunities for self-development inside the business
    Ability to build effective working relationships
  • Telecoms/IT experience desirable, not essential
