JOB TITLE: Operations Administrator
SALARY: £28k - £30k DOE
LOCATION: London (3 days in the office)

The agency works across a broad range of sectors, delivering robust insight supported by clear, actionable recommendations. By turning evidence into strategy, it helps clients identify opportunities, strengthen customer engagement, and enhance brands.

They are currently looking to bring on an Operations Administrator to support the business in various capacities:

KEY DUTIES

• Manage reception, transport bookings, stationery supplies, conferences, and company events.
• Liaise with IT suppliers and maintained technology-related records and documentation.
• Process invoices, administered incentives, and supported financial training implementation.
• Produce carbon footprint reports, monitored first-aider coverage, and ordered birthday cards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record within an administrative position completing various tasks
• Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and confident preparing client-facing materials using PowerPoint.
• Clear written communicator with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and suggest continuous improvements.
