Are you looking for a new role within Paid Search for a successful performance agency, who are at an existing stage with their evolution of, strategies, skills, and client mix! The agency specialises in providing, PPC, Paid Social and YouTube services to, B2C, Ecommerce and Retail clients!

As a Paid Search Account Director you will be responsible for developing account performance and developing the Paid Search team! You will work on, B2C, Ecommerce and Retail clients.

The Role:

• Responsible for overseeing the Paid Search activity across the team, to ensure accounts are growing and performing.
• Responsible for leading on client communication and client strategies.
• Responsible for playing a part in new business and pitching for the department/agency.
• Responsible for working alongside the Sales team with new business and pitches.
• Responsible for managing a Paid Search team.

The Candidate:

• 4 years plus experience in Paid Search, ideally from a performance background.
• Experienced in delivering and exceeding client strategies.
• Experienced in managing a team.
• Experienced in managing various clients at one time.
• Experienced in managing client communications.
