Are you looking for an exciting challenge within Paid Search for a successful performance marketing agency who have rapidly grown since 2010 and provide their clients with exceptional digital strategy?

As a Paid Search Account Director, you will drive and lead digital performance, strategy and team development. You will play a pivotal role in the agency's success. This is a fantastic chance for an established Account Director or Account Manager to work with first class clients, talent and outstanding agency.

The Role:

* Lead digital strategy, tech and overall management across PPC and Paid Social (focus being mainly on PPC)
* To develop strong client relationships by ensuring clients expectations are managed and exceeded
* To develop and challenge best practices to ensure outstanding account management is achieved
* To manage, lead and develop the PPC team to success

The Candidate:

* Experienced in up to date hands on PPC experience working with Google and Bing
* Experienced in managing across PPC and Paid Social
* Experienced in Bid Management Software
* Exceptional communication skills - ability to explain technically and complex material to clients and candidates
