Paid Social Specialist .

As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for Paid Social strategy and you will have the autonomy to make crucial and important Paid Social decisions. The company envisage this role will develop into the Head of Biddable over the next few years, so they are looking for someone who is hungry to develop!

The Role:
* Responsible for the, planning, buying, activation and optimisation of Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat campaigns.
* Responsible for monitoring KPI's and the optimisation of ad spend to deliver ROAS and conversion KPI's.
* Responsible for reporting performance and analysis to senior stakeholders.

The Candidate:
* 2.5 years plus experience running and managing Paid Social campaigns.
* Experienced in, campaign optimisation, attribution models and audiences.
* Experienced working on various tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
* Experienced in using the following platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Ads manager.
