Paid Social Creative Strategist

📍 Camden, London (Hybrid)
💰 50-60K + Benefits

We're partnered with one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer wellness brands, currently scaling rapidly across both the UK and US markets.

They're building a best-in-class performance creative function and are looking for a Paid Social Creative Strategist to take ownership of creative strategy across paid social channels.

This is a strategy-first role, sitting at the intersection of performance data, consumer insight, and creative execution. Perfect for someone who loves understanding what makes people stop scrolling, engage, and convert.

The Role

You'll lead the creative thinking behind paid social performance, owning testing strategy, creative learnings, and the briefing process for creators and designers.

You'll be responsible for identifying:

  • What creative is winning
  • Why it's winning
  • How to scale those learnings into repeatable frameworks

Key Responsibilities

  • Own paid social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels
  • Analyse performance data to uncover winning hooks, messaging, formats, and visual angles
  • Build and optimise a structured creative testing roadmap
  • Develop hypothesis-led testing frameworks with clear KPIs and learning agendas
  • Brief UGC creators, freelance talent, and internal design teams
  • Spot emerging platform trends, creative formats, and competitor opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing and acquisition teams to align creative with spend strategy

What They're Looking For

  • 2-4+ years' experience in paid social creative strategy, performance creative, or growth marketing
  • Strong hands-on understanding of Meta and TikTok ad creative
  • Excellent ability to translate data into creative decisions
  • Experience building testing frameworks and creative iteration loops
  • Strong briefing and stakeholder management skills
  • Naturally strong eye for content, storytelling, and conversion-led creative
  • Experience in DTC, eCommerce, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly desirable
