Partnerships Account Manager (German Speaking).
- Location: England 10% additional coms and pension
The Partnership Manager supports the Senior Manager and is responsible for the partner relationship with a key client based in Germany for the accounts top-to-bottom-line performance and development.
* Manages account relationship with the organisations second larges partner, both day-to-day and long term strategic projects.
* Drives program performance and development through constant performance oversight and scheduled reviews, focusing particular on optimising sale and post-sale processes, including the customer experience for new and existing customers in store and online
* Works closely with cross-functional teams including operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and other teams to introduce required changes to product or service.
* Supports business development in the region.

The Candidate
* Several years of experience in a highly analytical role within retail, FMCG,consumer services, or experience in a consulting role working with retail organisations ideally within business development, partnerships, accounts management or customer success
* Experience of B2B channels
* Strong understanding and preferably experience in the optimisation of customer experiences
* Track record of successful internal stakeholders and client relationship management, project management. * Strong business/commercial acumen.
* Fluency in German and English
