Permanent Medical Recruitment Consultant - *Warm Desk*
A rare opportunity for an experienced recruiter to acquire a warm medical recruitment desk. You will receive full sector training, enabling you to utilise all the tools and experience within the business to maintain and grow a permanent medical recruitment desk, where you will be providing first class customer service to both clients and candidates. You'll develop a good understanding of the NHS and have the opportunity to manage an existing client base from the start. You'll use social media and traditional advertising to attract candidates and build relationships across the North of England.

This is a friendly, down to earth company where you can expect lots of autonomy however they are passionate in all they do, and have a quality driven approach. There is an opportunity to work either full time, or reduced hours within this role so could suit working parents looking for more flexibility.
You will gained a minimum of six months recruitment experience in any recruitment sector but you must have had some experience within permanent recruitment. You will have excellent communication skills, and be someone who is a good negotiator and results driven! You'll also have a good eye for detail and demonstrate the ability to build relationships both over the phone and face to face. Most importantly you will have a desire to build a long term career within the recruitment industry and recognise the rewards you can achieve within the role.
