The Role

* As a self-starting, proactive and commercially astute patent attorney you enjoy building long-lasting client relationships
* Developing a growing client portfolio across a range of electronics, physics and computer science sectors
* With an aptitude for cutting through legal jargon, you'll advise potential clients of all sizes on their respective IP strategies
* Opportunities exist to build a team of technical assistants, so an ability to train and nurture the next generation of patent attorneys would be advantageous, although not essential.

*Flexible working, part-time and home working options are available.

The Person

* Possessing a broad understanding of technical competencies within the electronics, physics, software and computer science sectors, you will be joining a professionally driven environment that allows attorneys to demonstrate their attention to detail
* Being CPA and EPA qualified from either private practice or industry, your commercially driven attitude will enable you to be highly successful in this sought-after position
* Your already established core attorney skills should enable you to attract and develop business in a targeted manner
* Previous client-facing experience will maintain the firms exceptional reputation amongst the IP community
