Are you looking for a Planning Account Director position and want to join one of the agencies in the 'big six'. I have a role available in London right now for an agency who wants someone to come in and work with this agencies biggest clients.

This agency is looking for a confident and driven individual to join their team as a Planning Account Director. As the Planning Account Director you will be working closely with the strategy teams on the comms plans. The new Planning Account Director will help lead the teams in the creation of the media plans.

The agency you will be joining prides itself on keeping the feel of a small independent agency while still possessing the resources from its larger network. The client you will be working on is one of the largest companies in the world and always runs amazing campaigns and promotions.

The Role

• Responsible for communications design product excellence across major planning initiatives across the clients business.
• Actively work with the EU client leads to deliver brilliant work and flawless execution, ensuring high quality and consistency in planning across EU.
• Lead client focused planning reviews and workshops throughout the year, constantly striving for best in class planning across Europe.
• Apply a senior, expert lens to all locally executed plans, ensuring consistency in approach and the application of best practice planning principles in each EU country - questioning and challenging local teams.

The Candidate

• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors.
• Extensive experience in Media across multiple channels (not just digital in focus).
• An understanding of cultural differences across Europe, with experience from working on a pan-European client with teams across Europe.
• Ability to drive projects from conception to completion; project management experience.
