Are you a Planning specialist who can take on this amazing auto brand in this growing agency role?

This is an ASAP start freelance role that could go long term for the right candidate. It's for a really special client within the agency who are not afraid to test new things and make exciting campaigns.

My client is a Global Media Agency and they need support of one of the agencies most prestigious clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Global Media Account Director.

  • Supporting markets during planning cycles to facilitate the end-to-end planning process (& QA where needed).

  • Working with local market teams to enhance media plans through guidance and support of the global media principles.

  • Assisting in media strategy development and planning of key campaigns for the client

  • Driving the connections between all the media planning teams and functions to bring about more integrated ways of working and media responses.

  • Working with the productivity team to support and input into productivity workstreams across the year, bringing tangible and actionable outcomes from media analysis.

  • Working directly with local markets on providing support and leadership from the centre on planning tools and process, ensuring the best plans for the client are consistently delivered across the agencies key markets & ROW markets on ad-hoc briefs.

  • Identifying new opportunities in media to test in markets.

  • Supporting in rollout any global planning work, templates and process implementation.

  • Own global weekly status agendas and contact reports to keep the client up to speed on all global and local workstreams.

  • Work with the clients global team to support on day-to-day media requests, and lead on weekly tracking of status docs and calls.

Core Skills Required

  • Experience as a Planning Manager in a media agency or media planning environment.

  • Cross-channel media planning (& buying would be a bonus).

  • Understanding and experience of working with CCS or similar media planning tools.

  • Experience working with and coordinating global markets and landscapes.

  • Understanding of media performance measurement models and analysing media performance.

  • Presentation and analytical/excel skills to create media planning collateral.
