PPC Manager

How would you like to work for an award-winning network agency looking after one of the most prestigious tech clients?

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day optimisation and running of paid search accounts, both within a team and independently. This includes implementing new campaigns and initiatives, optimisation, closely monitoring performance to KPI's, and compiling weekly reports. Being the direct, day-to-day PPC contact for some clients.

About the Role

  • Leading PPC day-to-day contact for the clients that you work on
    * Managing and working on paid search advertising strategies/campaigns in a very fast paced environment. Ensuring all PPC projects are on track and progress updates are proactively supplied to the client and AD
    * Guiding clients through search advertising opportunities and working with the immediate team and Planning team to ensure that plans are up to date and accurate
    * Pitching search ideas to clients and delivering presentations
    * Supporting and consulting on client's paid search, including innovation opportunities i.e. Betas
    * Writing detailed paid search advertising plans in Excel
    * Providing support and leadership for internal client teams in paid search advertising
    * Supporting biddable leads in developing biddable strategies and maintaining team-wide processes
    * Promoting an understanding of how biddable advertising feeds into the wider media mix
    * Guiding and managing junior team members
    * Overseeing the accurate management of advertising campaigns and client comms undertaken by direct reports, covering budget management, audience planning, optimisation and reporting

About you

- Agency experience in paid search accounts across Google Ads/Microsoft Ads and potentially other platforms i.e. YouTube/Apple Search Ads

- Bid management tech experience such as SA360/Kenshoo/Marin

- Strong client servicing experience

- Self-starter, leading by example and experience of people management across at least 1 direct report

- Advanced reporting and Excel skills

- Strong numerical skills and confidence with managing large budgets
