How would you like to play a big part in a fast growing start up, that specialises in distributing theatre tickets?

This role is within a theatre ticketing company, they combine audience seat reviews and photos with ticket prices to give their customers the best possible information to choose and book the most ideal seats for each unique customer. Their unique website helps over 300k users per month and their expanding very soon into the USA to reach even more customers globally.

The Product Manager will ideally be passionate about building products that customers love. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the glue in the team ensuring shared goals are met and driving the team forward in Agile sprints.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to join a fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

The Role:
* The Product Manager will be gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow the company's market share, improved customer experience and drive growth
* You'll be translating product strategy into a product roadmap and act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
* You'll be managing sprint planning and product backlogs and taking full responsibility for scoping and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact
* You'll be driving product launches and evaluating promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and ensuring the message is effectively conveyed
* You'll be managing testing and launching for the website and reporting on the effects of product launch projects

The Candidate:
* The Product Manager will have proven work experience in Product Management so you're able to manage all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
* You will have experience in developing product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
* You will have a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
* Experience in UX / UD will reflect in your ability to improve the user experience with a good understanding of wireframing, user interaction and visual design
* You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as experience in agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence
