This large network media agency is looking for several Programmatic Optimisation Manager's to join their growing team! The Optimisation Manager will be responsible for several accounts, handling all activity end-to-end and using the agencies tools and platforms to deliver excellent campaign performance.

As programmatic specialists, this team have in-depth knowledge across a breadth of topics and ensure that this knowledge is used in the best way to meet all clients' need. The Agency Team also includes agency-allocated Digital Strategists who provide strategic thinking and guidance on the best application of products, services and technologies for clients and work to ensure our programmatic activation is connected to their full range of digital capabilities to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.

The Role

  • You will develop deep knowledge about clients and their goals through positive relationships with key agency account teams, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • You will deliver operational excellence, monitoring performance & troubleshooting, hitting client metrics and improving on our business performance.
  • The growth of the business is reliant on the increased adoption of their products, so you will understand the client benefits of all products and be able to explain the features to agency contacts.
  • Imparting your knowledge with your Execs, setting the example that they can model themselves upon.

The Candidate

  • Must have experience in optimising within DSPs.
  • You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in Programmatic and DSP implementations.
  • You will need to familiarise yourself with Programmatic tools, client campaigns and participate actively in Programmatic internal discussions
  • Interest in programmatic, digital media and advertising
