Role overview

The Programmatic Client Partner will be working within the programmatic team in a senior capacity managing the relationship with internal stakeholders and clients directly to deliver and drive programmatic objectives. Reporting directly to the Head of Programmatic helping to develop the programmatic proposal, manage a team and test and roll out technology solutions working across several high-profile accounts.

The Programmatic Client Partner will lead a team of Programmatic Activation managers and executives overseeing outputs, managing and coaching the team and deliver on client objectives. Working in a busy environment where you can adapt to change and prioritise tasks.

The role

  • Programmatic lead across all clients within allocated patch.
  • Support the managers and executives in planning, optimising, and analysing data on programmatic campaigns.
  • Lead from the front by sharing best practices, offer guidance and support when required and be able to motivate and support the team. Ensure individuals are achieving their targets.
  • Ensure the team have clear processes to follow and know their key responsibilities and be a supportive and proactive leader. Set training and development for the team so they are always learning.
  • Take ownership of any account matters and resolve issues by using programmatic knowledge and identify improvement opportunities to get the best out of current and future campaigns.
  • Strong client management maintaining a good trusting relationship.
  • Key point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to offer solutions when issues arise.
  • Be accountable for operational and financial accuracy, deliver clients billings in time and forecast internal revenue for the clients.
  • Show passion for programmatic advertising and have strong knowledge of programmatic technologies.

About you

  • 4- 6 years in programmatic with proven buying and planning experience.
  • Able to use DSP'S, datasets, attribution and cookieless solutions.
  • Experience in using DV360, Prisma, Media Explorer or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience in trading programmatic campaigns
  • Experience in managing and developing a team and have a hands-on attitude.
  • Able to work with several stakeholders and influence and encourage programmatic functions.
  • Able to work with clients and simplify complicated processes.
  • Able to prioritise, adapt to change and multitask within a busy environment.
  • Growth mindset and enjoys a busy environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
