Project Manager.

Our client is, an independent event marketing agency with offices in Singapore and Hong Kong is looking for a Project Manager with the passion and ability to develop and implement a wide range of ideas and solutions for clients across different industries.

Role: Project Manager

Location: Singapore

Salary: S$5,000 - S$6,000 per month

The Project manager will address briefs and achieve measurable marketing results by working with clients and team members, vendors to create events and integrated marketing campaigns.

The Project manager will also be involved in new business pitching and proposal preparation where necessary.

Note: Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for a Project Executive or Assistant Manager role.

Responsibilities

* Acts as the single point of contact and provides counsel to clients

* Take the lead in the entire pitch/project cycle

* Manage events and campaign deliverables and coordinate with all relevant parties and suppliers to implement them on time, on budget and on standards

* Suppliers range from providers of technical equipment, venues, designers, web developers, video production houses, printing houses, PR, media and digital agencies

* Clients include senior level executives to marketing managers etc

* Leads and participates in client meetings, prepares agendas and minutes for client meetings

* Develop budgets, time-lines, proposals and prepare all clients correspondence such as contact reports, agenda

* Involved in new business pitching including participation in brainstorming sessions, client meetings, briefing. Prepare pitch proposals and budgets, attend pitch presentation

* Manage all aspects of assigned project execution within established budgets and time-frame

* Proactively research and keep abreast of client's brands/products/services/marketing developments - their key issues, competitive situation and industry trends to actively consult them on their campaign strategies and plans

* Handles other paperwork associated with account and job functions such as but not limited to invoices, contracts, final expenditures, time-lines, time-sheets etc

* Responsible for performing other agency related tasks as assigned

Experience and skills required

* Degree/tertiary education

* At least three years of experience in events, marketing and/or communications. Agency experience a plus.

* Those with lesser experience will be considered for the Project Executive or Assistant Manager position

* Experience and willingness to take sole responsibility and accountability in projects/clients assigned

* Fluent in English

* Great interpersonal and client management skills a must

* Good understanding of marketing activities such as creative, print, digital, video production and events management

* Strong commercial management skills, good financial management skills and understands how agencies make money

* Flexible and adaptable to challenges and requirements. Thrives in an enterprising and start-up environment

* Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
