Qualitative Associate Director.

A multi award-winning behavioural insights consultancy is looking for a Qualitative Associate Director to come on board within their Sustainability team. They work across a variety of sectors for high profile clients and have a real strategic focus to their work, aiming to invigorate traditional qualitative and quantitative research methodologies alongside pioneering new ways to deliver fresh insights grounded in behavioural science.

They are now looking for a Qualitative Associate Director to join their Sustainability team. Operating across sectors such as Social, Public, Retail, FMCG and Tech, among others, you will be helping small and large businesses achieve social change and sustainability. They blend classic research methods with behavioural science to address the insight challenges of today's businesses.

As well as being hands-on with qualitative project delivery end to end, this role would involve a big focus on helping to drive innovation and grow the qualitative offering, as well as showcasing a strategic approach to your work. You will be comfortable working across a variety of sectors, across social and commercial.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of qualitative research experience from an agency or consultancy, as well as a strong understanding of behavioural insights. As a senior member of the team it will be important that you can think strategically and enjoy the big picture thinking that the role would offer.
