Aspire are an award-winning recruitment agency and we specialise in the ever-expanding digital, media and marketing industries. This role sits within our Content and Marketing (who are one of the best-performing teams in the business!), in a role that will be busy, varied, and working in a very close-knit (and wonderful!) team. We are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson to come on board and take the initiative in developing our client base as well as work on roles with existing accounts, as well as picking up incoming leads.

A bit about the role:

You will be joining our Content and Marketing team, who work on variety of roles across copy writing, editorial, reporting, digital marketing, creative and more! You will mostly work on senior roles starting from 35K right up to 120K+. Huge opportunity to be a top billing consultant on this desk and earn lots of commission!

The skills you will need to be a successful Recruitment Consultant at Aspire:

  • Experience within sales (as a minimum), and ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Prior experience in recruitment extremely beneficial - in any sector but not a must.
  • Solid understanding of what a role in recruitment entails.
  • Driven, resilient and eager to earn some great money.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for working with content and marketing sector.
  • A strong work-ethic, enthusiastic personality, and willingness to learn.
