Recruitment/Senior Consultant - White Collar Contract Construction. Excellent competitive package + commission structure with no threshold, quarterly bonus and other great benefits.

The Role

Working for this boutique recruitment consultancy, you have the opportunity take over a warm white collar construction desk which is currently performing really well. You will working with both existing clients as well as developing your own relationships and placing white collar professionals within various areas of professional white collar construction recruitment. This is a highly consultative business so you will be meeting clients and candidates face to face as well as much as possible. Your hard work will be rewarded by a very competitive commission structure, quartlery bonus and other great benefits. The desk is available due to maternity leave, so you will have opportunity to do a detailed handover. This is however a permanent role.

Your Profile

You will ideally have experience within a white collar property or construction recruitment sector, or currently be working in another fast paced recruitment sector, possibly blue collar construction, industrial or commercial and have the desire to move into a more professional market. You could be a permanent recruiter or a contract recruiter. You will have a solid track record in recruitment and be a self starting individual who is down to earth with lots of ideas to contribute to a growing business. You may be currently working for larger organisation where you are tired of pointless KPIs and micromanagement, and limited career opportunities, or simply be looking for more freedom and a larger patch in which to recruit - You will be down to earth yet professional and motivated to succeed alongside like minded individuals.
