Now, they are looking for their next Research Director to reveal fresh insight for clients by using competitive quantitative and qualitative research methods.

KEY DUTIES

• As Research Director, provide clear direction to your team ensuring they are empowered to deliver and have opportunities to learn, stretch and grow in their roles.
• Collaborate with internal division heads and deliver outstanding business solutions to foster beneficial business relationships
• Maintain solid commercial understanding of the evolving media landscape while integrating this digital awareness into client strategies
• Assume the role of coach, allocate projects and manage client resources ensuring only the highest quality of work is presented

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• You will be a proactive and positive strategic leader who can inspire and lead teams to deliver tailored strategic insight.
• Have experience in running qualitative brand research and insights projects with a strong global communicative awareness
• Experience in running large global brand and communications tracking programmes
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, able to lead, prioritise and delivering outstanding quality on time
