Are you highly skilled mixed methods researcher with a keen interest in consumer and media research understanding how people think?

The Company:
This forward thinking, strategic media agency who produce innovative primary research solutions for an impressive client base are looking for a Research Director level candidate to join their team. The Role will involve working across both quantitative and qualitative research projects partnering closely with internal stakeholders to create high quality research for exciting clients which includes one of the worlds most recognisable sporting teams. You will be tasked with coming up with new and effective ways to carry out research, writing impressive proposals to win new business and running client projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled and proven research professional to move into an agency-based role that also offers aspects and the feel of a client-side role. You will benefit from working for a multiple award-winning organisation who are really setting the benchmark within the industry.

The Role:
* Take a lead on multiple client projects which includes media and consumer research to ensure the delivery of solutions in keeping with the reputation of the business.
* Help to design and implement new and innovative methodologies for carrying out research to make sure campaigns are as effective and insightful as possible.
* Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the whole project life cycle.
* Be proactive in obtaining new business and writing business winning proposals to allow the business to achieve its goals and targets.

The Candidate:
* Extensive proven experience within insight, media or market research to ensure you can hit the ground running within the role.
* Ability to work across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies including writing proposals to allow you to effectively carry out the remit and responsibilities of the role.
* Be able to communicate effectively both when presenting to internal stakeholders and clients.
* Have a keen interest in consumer and media research with a real drive to understand how people think and why.
