The Role

• Take a lead in proposal writing, client development and profile raising
• Hold independent relationships with project-lead level clients

• Line manage Research Managers/Senior Research Managers

The Candidate

• You must have experience from a social research agency at the Associate Director level or higher
• You will be comfortable with both qual and quant, but lean towards qual
• It is essential that you have a great level of experience with IDIs, moderation of focus groups and online communities as well as ethnographies
• Thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually stretching organisation
