The Company

An independent market research agency who specialises in social research are looking for a Research Manager to join their team. This is a quantitative role, and you will be working across the full project from proposal through to delivery. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of disciplines with social research including social impact, public, higher education, social housing and health & wellbeing.

The Role:

• Work on multiple ad-hoc projects simultaneously which will include a varied range of clients and projects sizes.
• Apply quantitative approaches to carry out research, analyse findings and deliver key insights.
• Contribute to and lead on proposal writing.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients to ensure best possible delivery of projects.

The Candidate:

• You will have experience and knowledge of designing and carrying out quantitative research projects from proposal through to delivery.
• A proven track record of using quantitative methodologies for research including questionnaire/survey design, report writing and presenting findings to clients.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to allow you to effectively work with multiple stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to work with clients effectively.
