The Company

Our client, A highly successful market research agency with a global presence and looking for a quantitative focussed Research Manager to join their team. The work with some of the world best known brands from sectors such as FMCG, Media Technology and Retail and have a varied research offering including concept testing, segmentation, sustainability and many more. You will be working across the full research cycle from proposal through to delivery and will have the opportunity to make a real impact.

The Role

• Work on multiple ad-hoc projects simultaneously which will include a varied range of clients and projects sizes.
• Apply quantitative approaches including Writing questionnaire and topic guides, checking data and carrying out analysis, to pull out key insights from the findings, writing reports and then presenting the results to the clients
• Contribute to and lead on proposal writing.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients to ensure best possible delivery of projects.

The Candidate:

• You will have experience and knowledge of designing and carrying out quantitative research projects from proposal through to delivery.
• A proven track record of using quantitative methodologies for research including questionnaire/survey design, report writing and presenting findings to clients.
• Excellent organisational skills, project management and strong communication skills will mean that you can quickly build up relationships with your clients and enable you to deliver high level research and insight programmes to them
• Your experience and passion for research will enable you to quickly grasp an in-depth understanding of the clients and the type of projects you will be working on.
