The Company

Working with a roster of clients including global businesses and government bodies, our client is bringing on a Research Manager to join its London-based team. Working across a range of methodologies, the client works with a range of companies across both public and private sectors and, as Research Manager, you will have the opportunity to cover a variety of projects.

The Role:

As Research Manager, you will be helping to design and deliver bespoke research projects to help inform business decisions, utilising strong communication skills to effectively build & manage client relationships. Taking the lead on projects from inception right through to completion, you will also serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients. Vital to your role will be developing deep understanding of their needs and how useful insights can drive positive change.

Key Duties include:

• Support & delegate to SREs/REs, ensuring guidance is provided where appropriate
• Work across multiple projects at any one time, which offer the variety of a range of clients and project sizes to manage
• Conduct a range of activities through the project cycle - such as proposal writing, questionnaire design & implementation
• Provide accurate analysis of data and succinct report writing, drawing out key insights for presentation
• Deliver memorable & practical presentations to clients

The Candidate:

• You can demonstrate a solid understanding of qualitative & quantitative methodologies and techniques
• Produce well designed outputs, backed by strong analytical skills
• Able to operate independently and work effectively within a team
• Manage multiple projects from start to finish
• You can communicate effectively with clients, identifying needs and highlighting potential to acquire new business
