The Company

Our client, an innovative and highly reputable market research, strategy, and planning agency who works across a number of sectors including Tech, Finance, FMCG, Healthcare, Food & Drink and Leisure are looking for a Research Manager to join their team. This is a quantitative focused role, and you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of research including Behavioural Change, Segmentation, Innovation, Strategy and Consumer Insights.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join a leading agency within the market research agency who are often nominated or win awards at the MRS and AURA awards. They also offer clear and detailed paths for progression and development.

The Role

• Work on multiple ad-hoc projects simultaneously which will include a varied range of clients and projects sizes.
• Apply quantitative approaches including Writing questionnaire and topic guides, checking data and carrying out analysis, to pull out key insights from the findings, writing reports and then presenting the results to the clients
• Contribute to and lead on proposal writing.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients to ensure best possible delivery of projects.

The Candidate:

• You will have experience and knowledge of designing and carrying out quantitative research projects from proposal through to delivery.
• A proven track record of using quantitative methodologies for research including questionnaire/survey design, report writing and presenting findings to clients.
• Excellent organisational skills, project management and strong communication skills will mean that you can quickly build up relationships with your clients and enable you to deliver high level research and insight programmes to them
• Your experience and passion for research will enable you to quickly grasp an in-depth understanding of the clients and the type of projects you will be working on.
