The Company

With panoramic views over the Thames, the client is opening the doors to its London office for a Senior Research Executive. They work across several industries within healthcare, including medtech and consumer health, providing a rich variety of projects for you to work on.

The client is a trusted partner to the pharmaceuticals industry and operate across the EU, US and Asia, and you will assist in developing bespoke research to meet the needs of their roster of global clients.

The Role

As Research Manager you are expected to lead on running of several projects at any one time, both domestic and international. You will act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, keeping them informed on all relevant aspects of the project(s). Supporting senior management to train & develop junior members, you will also be involved in writing proposals for work brought in by directors, helping to secure new business - then establish and run these new projects.

Key Duties include

• Managing projects concurrently through to completion, including survey design, conducting & managing fieldwork, analysis, reporting and presenting to clients
• Train and develop junior members of your project team
• Develop proposals to secure new business
• Writing questionnaires and topic guides, that meet the research objectives
• Checking data and carrying out analysis to draft reports and presentations
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients

The Candidate

• Understanding of research methodologies, ideally with experience in a research agency
• Strong organisational ability which allows you to manage projects at all stages and work to deadlines
• Comfortable monitoring job costs to ensure a project is kept within budget
• Able to work independently as Research Manager and effectively with your team
• Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
