Resource / Operations Manager - Part Time (20-24 Hrs)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata'd + Benefits

Location: London / Hybrid

A global insight and innovation consultancy, offering evidence-based understanding of human behaviour to identify scalable opportunities for growth for their clients, are now looking for a Resource / Operations Manager to join part time (20-24hrs).

The role will involve resourcing projects, aligning skill-sets and planning against capacity. You will help manage resource needs with people and new business leads - balancing internal team, associate resource and partners - to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

About the role

• Manage the consulting resources for the business. Collaborating with management to effectively and efficiently resource client and internal projects.
• Help manage project work-flow resourcing in partnership with the Performance Team, helping ensure the right skills are available to deliver the work.
• Responsible for accurately maintaining the resourcing system and communicating the resourcing picture on a regular basis.
• Work with the team to build and manage the associate network globally.
• Proactive management of associate resourcing and engaging with these associates by organising on-boarding and helping to manage the ongoing relationship.
• Run the resource operations from ensuring all new starts are set up, managing time-sheet completion across the consulting team, to reviewing processes and suggesting improvements to strengthen efficiency across the business.

About you

• Have experience in resource management at a consultancy / agency business.
• Strong organisation skills and possess attention to detail.
• Be commercially aware and have a track record of managing resources that deliver against business expectations and aid in business profitability.
• Enjoy having a varied role and have the ability to multitask.
• Have experience of business growth from small to medium sized companies and be able to manage the processes and systems that can facilitate this transition.
