World renowned financial and political publisher are looking to add to their retention team for the next few months. You would be working with retained B2B clients delivering exceptional customer service as well as taking advantage of up selling opportunities

The Role

- Account managing retained subscription clients and working with them to ensure smooth access to product

- Up selling new products and informing clients on possible upgrade options

- Trouble shoot any technical issues they may encounter

- Deliver outstanding customer service

The Candidate

- Previous B2B subscription sales experience

- Proactive with a proven record of hitting targets

- Experience speaking with c-suites
