The Role:
* The Account Manager will specialise in client retention and growth. Building your knowledge of your clients and the stakeholders that you need to influence is key.
*As Account Manager you will get clients excited about the development of the accounts and campaigns will lead to further business opportunities.
* Booking and leading high-level face to face meeting between colleagues and clients to discuss campaign performance and the growth of the business relationship
* Working as an Account Manager Manager across a selection of 6-8 client accounts across multiple regions means that international travel will be a part of this role

The Candidate:
* Your passion for working in SAAS and enthusiasm for eCommerce, marketing, data and building commercial relationships means you will be excited to work towards KPIs and overachieve against them
* 1-3 years' experience working in SAAS as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or similar at a business within martech, e-commerce or a data-heavy digital technology brand means you will be able to grasp the complexities of the role from day one
* Outstanding communications skills - this candidate will be the bright, articulate and able to explain complex data and campaign data in a digestible form
* Your enthusiasm for the products will shine through!
