The Role:
* The Senior Account Manager will specialise in the retention, growth and development of one Enterprise account exclusively. This is one of the highest spending advertisers in the World. An incredible opportunity for a candidate with the right experience!
*As Senior Account Manager with one international account, you will be responsible for driving campaign performance for the client as well as increasing revenue for your business - the win-win scenario!
* Booking and leading high-level face to face meeting between colleagues and clients to discuss campaign performance and the growth of the business relationship
* Working as Senior Account Manager with this one client international travel will be a part of this role as you will be building strategic relationships with key business leaders across multiple regions

The Candidate:
* Your passion for the eCommerce, marketing, data and building commercial relationships means you will be excited to work towards KPIs and overachieve against them
* 5+ years' experience working in a SAAS business as Senior Customer Success Manager or similar at a business within martech, e-commerce or a data-heavy digital technology brand means you will be able to grasp the complexities of the role from day one
* Outstanding communications skills - this candidate will have the experience of delivering complex marketing data to non-marketing and data stakeholders
* Your enthusiasm for establishing these relationships and over-delivering against expectations means you will be excited by the scale of the opportunity available!
