An award-winning international bespoke e-learning company are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their team based in Central London. They are rapidly growing and work with some top clients including Microsoft and Coca-Cola! All their e-learning solutions are innovative and bespoke - not just off the shelf and are all produced in-house. The company culture is sociable and friendly, with the personal and professional development of their staff is of the upmost importance

The Role

• Dealing with warm leads including web enquiries and inbound calls
• Understanding client requirements and being alert to new business opportunities
• Ensuring a continual pipeline of meetings for the Sales team by achieving your weekly KPIs and booking business meetings for the sales team to close the deal
• Writing content for social media, press releases and submissions for industry awards
• Creating digital content including blogs, articles, and whitepapers
• Using social media to promote campaigns, get inbound leads and build connections as well as Planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns and events

The Candidate

• Some sales, marketing, or business development experience will allow you to work remotely and confidently negotiate and influence potential clients
• An excellent telephone manner and command of oral and written English will allow you to be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and produce content for social channels and sale collateral
• A desire for early responsibility which will showcase your passion to learn and develop professionally within the business
• Hold a 2:1 or above in any degree will ensure you are able to hit the ground running creating content to support business development
• A creative and persuasive verbal and written communicator with an eye for detail and accuracy is key for you to be able to win new business and produce content
• Strong IT literacy; Microsoft Office suite, WordPress, Google analytics, Hootsuite
